- FREE SHIPPING on USA orders with 2 or more items!
- FREE SHIPPING on International orders with 4 or more items!
- $4.99 USA flat rate shipping for orders with only 1 item (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories)
- $14.99 International flat rate shipping for orders with 3 or less items.

TIMING
- Orders are typically printed, packaged, and shipped out within 3 to 7 days of placing the order.
- Once the order has been shipped, please allow 4 to 8 days transit for domestic USA orders (shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States may take an additional 5 to 10 days transit, depending on USPS carrier routing).
- HAWAII CUSTOMER NOTE: Beginning in 2025, USPS has started to ship more packages through San Francisco, which may add another 5-10 days to the above transit times. If your USPS tracking link shows that your package has been scanned in San Francisco, we kindly ask for your patience. Mahalo!
- For international orders, please allow an additional 10 to 20 days transit, depending on customs clearance times.
- HOLIDAY PEAK SEASON ORDERS: Certain times of the year can experience extraordinarily high order volumes. Generally, these time periods are: (a) winter holiday/Christmas (November through December - it is the safest to order before Dec. 1 to ensure delivery before December 25) and the 4 weeks leading up to (b) Valentine's Day, (c) Mother's Day, and (d) Father's Day. During these periods, please plan for 2-5 extra business days to the above times for your order to be delivered. While it is still likely that most orders will be delivered before the above normal times, a small percentage of orders may experience extended delivery times (usually caused by high parcel carrier volume, which is beyond our control).

- Please add support@passportmerch.com to your email appâs safe senders list to ensure you receive important updates.
- Shipping status emails with tracking links are sent at key processing points (shipped, out for delivery, delivered). If your order is taking longer than expected and you havenât received any shipment status emails, please reach out to support@passportmerch.com.
- As with most online shopping, once your order is shipped, itâs in the hands of the mail carrier. We make every effort to have your order printed and handed off promptly, but sometimes things are beyond our control.
- 99% of the time, your order will arrive within the expected timeframe. On the rare occasion the mail carrier experiences a delay, we kindly ask for your patience.
- Feel free to contact us at support@passportmerch.com with any questions while your order is in transit. Weâll do what we can to help if thereâs an issue with the mail carrier (usually USPS).
